SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Instant petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.61 dated 26.05.2018 registered under Sections 20, 29, 61 and 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "1985 Act") (Sections 61 and 85 of 1985 Act have wrongly been mentioned in the petition) at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

As the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court in compliance of the order dated 14.10.2020 and has been released on regular bail on 06.11.2020, the instant petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
