It may be seen from the memo of parties that petitioner No.2 is son of petitioner No.1. Since both of them have jointly filed the writ petition in respect of one or the same property, we allow this application and dismiss the entire writ petition, namely, qua petitioner No.1 also, with liberty to him that in case there survives a separate cause of action, he may file a separate writ petition.
