(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that their juniors have been promoted but their claim has not been considered in spite of making representation to the respondents authorities. The petitioners are higher in the seniority list as they are at Sr. Nos.626, 630, 634, 640, 641, 661, 278-A, 398 respectively whereas their juniors, who have been promoted, are at Sr. Nos.812, 702, 716-A, 680, 685, 427, 615. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) moved by them within some stipulated period.
By considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 28.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioners within a period of two months Neetu Rani 2017.07.17 11:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
