RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of GD No.45, dated 25.05.2022 being illegal and arbitrary, issuance of directions to the official respondents to act upon and decide the written complaint/representation dated 28.07.2022, filed by the petitioner, Annexure P-8, and to protect the life and liberty of petitioner's daughter at the hands of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and further to call for the status report of written complaint/representation dated 28.07.2022, Annexure P-8.

It is submitted that as per the Court order, the daughter of petitioner wife went to the matrimonial home but her in-laws restrained her from execution of the Court order passed. He submits that she is living in Porch whereas she was granted a room in the matrimonial home and she is not being allowed to enter the home in accordance with the order passed. He submits that he has already filed a representation before respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, and no action has been taken on the same MEENU 2022.08.10 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 28.07.2022 Annexure P-8 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 15 days from today.
