The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for placing on record the copies of affidavits on behalf of respondents No. 6 to 9 as Annexure R-1 to Annexure R-4. 2.

Application is allowed as prayed for.

In light of the affidavits filed on behalf of respondents No. 6 to 9, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for claiming the custody of their children. 2.

However, in the interregnum, the petitioner being the father shall be permitted to meet the children and have given visitation rights. Both the counsels have agreed that the date and time be not fixed, however, on all mutual agreed dates and time convenient to each other between the parties shall be fixed and the petitioner shall be permitted to meet the children without any hindrance.

Accordingly the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
