(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.316, dated 26.08.2021, under Sections 323, 328, 34, 341 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, Jind. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered before the Investigating Agency, hence, the present petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
