Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 23.01.2019 (P-3), 31.05.2019 (P-5), 10.07.2019 (P-6) and 17.01.2020 (P-7) passed by the respondents, whereby the petitioner's application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 has been dismissed; as well as for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide information sought by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that desired information has been received by the petitioner; thus, the present petition be disposed off as not pressed.
