The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of orders dated 24.09.2013 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No. 1, 20.01.2009 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No. 2 and 01.11.2007 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No. 3 being illegal and perverse.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authorities concerned to redress its grievance.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
