******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per petitioner, respondent No.5 had taken his car bearing registration No.PB-11AJ-0150 and has not returned the same. As per affidavit (Annexure P-2) of Kulbir Singh, there is some business dealing between the petitioner and respondent No.5 regarding purchase of gems.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

However, it is made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be taken as approval of allegations levelled in the representation dated 23.04.2019 (Annexure P-3).
