3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner impugns the order dated 31.08.2015 (P-4) vide which objections filed by him against the Wardbandi have been rejected.

In view of the fact that vide notification dated 08.09.2015, elections of Gram Panchayats in Haryana have been announced and election process has been started, the order rejecting petitioner's objections against Wardbandi need not be interfered with except the petitioner may take such an objection at an appropriate stage and before an appropriate forum.

Dismissed.
