RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 21.11.2011 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.4, order dated 17.05.2012 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.3, order dated 17.05.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 21.01.2022, Annexures P-4 passed by respondent No.1 being illegal, null and void and against the law.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
