*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the daily wage service of the petitioners rendered before the date of regularization has not been considered whereas the same has been considered in case of other similarly situated persons. The controversy in case at hand is squarely covered by the decisions rendered by this Court in CWP No.2371 of 2010 titled as Harbans Lal vs. The State of Punjab and others decided on 31.08.2010, CWP No.3250 of 2014 titled as Baldev Singh and another vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 14.07.2014, CWP No.23606 of 2012 titled as Suresh Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others decided on 10.10.2014 and CWP No.24472 of 2015 titled as Constable Rajesh Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and another decided on 07.01.2016. The petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider the case of the petitioners in view of aforesaid judgments.

CWP No.15102 of 2017 Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take action on the legal notice dated 12.01.2017 (Annexure P-8) in view of decisions rendered in aforesaid cases within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioners are found to be entitled, the necessary relief be granted to them within two months thereafter.
