This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for directing the trial Court JMFC Gurugram to decide the case titled as "State Vs. Vinit Yadav etc." arising out of FIR No. 485 dated 13.10.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

In compliance of order dated 23.05.2025, report from ld. trial Court has been received and the same is taken on record. 3.

From the perusal of the report received, it is evident that delay has not been caused at the behest of the accused. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this case. However, learned trial Court is requested to conclude the trial and decide the case expeditiously. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
