-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to surrender and seek regular bail from the trial Court, which be decided by the trial Court in a time bound manner.

The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 'ten days' from today and in case he files any regular bail application, the same be decided by the Court concerned within 'seven days' thereafter, in accordance with law.
