***** RUPINDERJIT CHAHAL , J (ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amreek Lal, submits that four co-accused namely, Amarjit Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Balwinder Singh and Lovepreet Singh had been granted bail by the learned trial Court, vide order dated 11.05.2026 and the bail application of another co-accused Kundan Singh is pending for today. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition.
