(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.151 dated 7.6.2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379-B, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh. On the last date of hearing, order was passed on the basis of the fact that there is also cross-version involved in the present case and accordingly petitioner was granted interim bail and was asked to join investigation.

( 2 ) CRM-M-34013-2022 Today, the counsel for the petitioner apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from P/SI Sudhir submits that indeed the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 3.8.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
