(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter dated 06.04.2015 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent No.2 canceling the allotment of LPG distributorship/dealership and with a further prayer for issuance of directions to the respondents to issue letter of intent to the petitioner in pursuance of her selection and appointment as LPG Distributorship in the draw held on 23.12.2014. Learned counsel for the respondents states that in the present case draw was held and petitioner was successful in the draw and in view of letter dated 25.02.2016 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, said draw has been protected.
