Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the orders impugned dated 06.10.2022 (P-1) & 06.03.2024 (P-2), passed by respondent No.2; for directing respondent Nos.1 & 2 to cancel the Transfer Deed dated 16.08.2022, whereby, property in question was transferred in the name of respondent No.3-grandson of the petitioner; revoke mutation sanctioned in the name of respondent No.3; and transfer the said property in the name of the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the petition, learned counsel, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the same.
