(ORAL) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at some length and after going through the record of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that present writ petition lacks in material and particulars. No order passed by any of the respondent authorities is under challenge in the present writ petition, however, petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, without there being a copy of any order. Further, petitioner is not without remedy, as he has got an equally efficacious alternative remedy under the relevant provisions of law. When confronted with the abovesaid fact situation, learned counsel for the petitioner had no answer and rightly so, it being a matter of record.
