Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner benefit of notional pay fixation and seniority at par with the candidates who were given joining in the first list, arrears of pay and benefit of Leave Travel Concession. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation dated 31.05.2024, Annexure P-4, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 31.05.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
