Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Government of Haryana, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P11, which is still pending consideration and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the administrative department to make all endeavors to get the said appeal decided in a time bound manner. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Middha, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the appeal (Annexure P-11) is still pending consideration, all the endeavors will be made by the administrative department to get the said appeal decided as expeditiously as possible.
