The present first petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.249 dated 05.07.2022 registered under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Sections 186, 353, 307 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh Mewat.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. K.K.Chahal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondentState. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, being instructed by ASI Harpal Singh, has submitted that there are allegations against the petitioner qua participation in the crime and attacking the police party. Moreover, there is another case against the petitioner. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to grant concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
