(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 77 dated 04.05.2022 registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 342, 506, 148 and 504 IPC (Section 406 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Division No. 6, Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, as the matter has been compromised between the parties and the abovesaid FIR has also been quashed.

Permitted to do so.
