Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.07.2022.

The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 09.08.2022. The parties have settled the same. The settlement has been reduced into writing before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide agreement dated 10.10.2022.
