HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J (ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 & 5 states at bar today that after re-consideration of the matter, it has been decided to grant the benefit of balance amount of gratuity to the petitioner as done in the other similarly situated cases. He further states that the interest @ 4% per annum for the period of 12 months as allowed to the similarly situated employees by this Court will also be given to the petitioner while making the said payment.
Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 & 5, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition any further. The undertaking given today by learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 & 5 be complied with within a period of two months from today.
