**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been found to be innocent during investigation and challan is to be submitted against the other two accused.

Learned State counsel admits the aforesaid position and further submits that as a matter of fact petitioner has been found to be innocent and his custody is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of statements made by both the parties, this petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
