ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 21.02.2023, when none appeared for appellants and Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsel for appellants. Needful has been done. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past almost 17 years, appellants have lost interest to pursue the appeal, as none appears on their behalf.
