(Oral) A glance at the file transpires that though instant petition was taken up on 08.09.2016 and notice of motion was issued for 12.01.2017 but notice could not be issued for want of process fee. Time and again directions were given to petitioner to file necessary process fee but no compliance has been made thereof. Even on 09.03.2018, neither the petitioner nor his counsel appeared. However, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 21.08.2018 with further direction to file process fee within three weeks but to the utter surprise neither the process fee has been filed nor counsel for petitioner has turned up.

Accordingly, this Court has left with no option but to dismiss the petition for non-compliance of order(s) as well as for want of prosecution. 3.
