ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to recommend the names of petitioners for appointment to Group 'D' post pursuant to advertisement No.4/2018, as the other candidates placed in the said list have already been issued appointment letters. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be rather granted liberty to move an appropriate representation qua his grievance, before the competent authority which may be decided as per law. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the representation, in case the same is filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order. 4.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority/respondents to look into the representation of the petitioner, in case the same is submitted within two weeks from today, and pass an administrative order in accordance with law. 6.

Needful be done within a period of 30 days from the date representation is filed.

Disposed of accordingly.
