By this petition, filed under the provisions of Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize her services w.e.f. 27.01.1999/01.02.1999, with all consequential benefits running from that date, or from the dates that the services of her juniors have been regularized. In respect of her grievance, the petitioner is stated to have got a legal notice issued, dated 01.08.2019 (copy Annexure P-12), which has still not been decided by the respondents (as contended). That being so, without making any comment on the actual merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to take a decision on the aforesaid legal notice, by passing a detailed speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
