The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to constitute the Special Investigation Team headed by some Senior IPS Officer for investigating the FIR bearing No. 140 dated 22.11.2022 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal code, registered at Police Station Daresi, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana (Annexure P-1).

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
