This order shall dispose of above-mentioned Civil Writ Petitons, as the issue involved therein is identical. However, the facts are being extracted from CWP-15154-2017.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that during the pendency of the present writ petitions, petitioner - company namely; M/s LPS Fastners & Wires Pvt. Ltd. (in CWP-15154-2017), has gone in liquidation and the proceedings in regard to that are pending before the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi.

Further submits that other petitioner(s) - companies, namely; M/s Laxmi Precision Screws Ltd., M/s United Engineers and M/s Nav Bharat Industries, were closed down in June, 2018. Thus, practically speaking, nothing is left for adjudication, in all the four writ petitions. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner(s) - companies, all the four writ petitions are disposed of, as no cause of action survives therein.
