The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in the light of COVID-19 pandemic.

Reply has been filed by learned State counsel. Even, latest instructions, with regard to the release of undertrials on interim bail has also been filed by learned State counsel.

In view of the recitals of the instructions, so issued, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
