(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.35, dated 12.03.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga, under Sections 458, 323, 427, 341 & 506 IPC on the basis of compromise dated 18.08.2021 (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 21.09.2021, report dated 22.12.2021 has been received from Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Baghapurana, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will and without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.35, dated 12.03.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga, under Sections 458, 323, 427, 341 & 506 IPC along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
