Petitioner, a Panchayat Secretary has filed the instant petition seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 18.5.2018 (P-5) whereby he has been transferred from Panchayat Samiti, Goniana District Bathinda to Panchayat Samiti Dhilwan, District Kapurthala, being the 3rd transfer with a period of 10 months.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the paperbook in my opinion, no case for interference is made out. Transfer is an incidence of service. Petitioner has been transferred in view of administrative and public interest. Further, no prejudice is shown to have been caused to the petitioner. Dismissed.
