**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) State counsel submits that condition No.12 of order dated 04.11.2022 has not been complied with.

However, the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that he could not understand the condition and he undertakes to comply the same within two days from today.

Given the categorical statement made by the petitioner, the time to comply with condition No.12 is extended till 16.01.2023. Given above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 04.11.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of the aforesaid condition. In case, the aforesaid condition is not complied with, interim order dated 04.11.2022 and today's order shall stand recalled automatically under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C without any further reference to this Court.
