This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, against the action of the respondents directing the petitioner to vacate House No. LIG-1171, Housing Board Colony, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, without any just and proper reason. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the correct prayer and certain factual matrix has not been incorporated in this writ petition. Learned counsel prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and incorporating correct prayer.
