G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Reply on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 5 has been filed. It has been averred that the matter has been referred to the District Judge, SAS Nagar on 28.08.2018 for deciding the title of the parties as per Annexure R4/1. The amount of compensation of Rs.61,05,611/- has been also deposited in the shape of FDR in the Kotak Mahindra Bank and the FDR has been attached as Annexure R-4/2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as primary relief has been granted.

Ordered accordingly.
