Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a photocopy of the judgment and decree dated 06.09.2010 passed by Sh. L.N. Jindal, Additional District Judge, Kurkshetra in a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act between the parties.

Counsel submits that after filing of the present appeal, between the same parties, the parties to this appeal filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, which was accepted. This renders the present petition infructuous and it is ordered accordingly.
