Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the complainant and the accused in the FIR have since compromised the matter as the FIR was a result of a matrimonial discord between the daughter of the complainant and Satnam Singh. The daughter of the complainant and Satnam Singh have since filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
