The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to allot an alternative site to the petitioner within stipulated time under Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation dated 25.05.2016 (Annexure P-9) which she had already filed before respondent No. 2-Estate Officer, U.T., Chandigarh.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
