In continuation of the orders dated 19.01.2018 and 01.02.2018, it is stated by counsel for respondent No.3-borrower that Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. has paid the amount of `4,25,00,000/- to the petitioner-Bank. The amount of `6.48 crores had already been paid, as noticed by this Court in the order dated 19.01.2018. In this manner and as stated by learned counsel for the respondent-borrower, hardly a few thousand rupees are now left to obtain the 'No Dues Certificate'. Let the said amount be conveyed by the petitioner-Bank to respondent No.3 within two weeks whereupon respondent No.3 shall deposit the same within one Meenu 2018.02.14 14:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
