*** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (ORAL) The petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 was filed by the appellant-husband for dissolution of marriage. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the appellant-husband has unfortunately expired and therefore, the present appeal has abated. In this regard, counsel for the respondent has produced the death certificate of the appellant.
In view of the above, the present appeal has become infructuous.
