**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is an old man. Respondents No.4 to 6 are his own family members. Respondents No.4 and 5 are son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner, whereas respondent No.6 is his wife. Son-in-law of the petitioner has died and thereafter, daughter of the petitioner namely Manpreet Kaur started living with him. Petitioner is taking care of her two children. Petitioner has already disinherited respondents No.4 and 5 owing to their mis-conduct. Respondents No.4 and 6 have committed cognizable act in giving beatings to the petitioner in an effort to get his signatures on the blank papers. between the parties. Representation made by the petitioner before respondent No.3 yielded no result and thereafter, the petitioner has filed representation before respondent No.2 on 19.08.2021, which has not been answered so far. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of very nature of controversy, no formal response is required from the respondents.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.08.2021 filed by the petitioner within a period of one month in accordance with law without being influenced by any statement of fact recorded hereinabove.
