After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition to pursue his remedies under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by way of appeal etc. for supply of information sought with respect to a service matter arising in the Police Department on which the security of the State is not affected. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The petitioner is free to approach this Court after full and detailed information is available for this Court to examine the case of the petitioner in full-fledged judicial review of administrative action in case, the material is adverse to him and his rights are infringed.
