Mr. Deepak Balyan, Advocate, for respondents No.2 and 3. AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) In pursuance of order dated 15.09.2016, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has produced the receipt for a sum of ` 10,000/-, same is taken on record.

Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 25.04.2015 (Annexure P-14) issued by respondent No.2 fixing the reserve price for the plots in the New Vegetable Market, Gannaur.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has produced a communication addressed to him by the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, informing that on the directions of the Government, Board has constituted a Reserve Price Committee of Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat and Superintending Engineer, HSAM Board, Panchkula, under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak where they have to re-look the pricing structure and workout a Ravinder Singh 2016.11.23 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP No.19757 of 2015 reasonable and rational price in respect of New Vegetable Market, Ganaur. It is further stated therein that it has been done on the instructions of the Chief Minister vide office memo No.LA-IV-2014/77019-22 dated 18.09.2014. The said communication is taken on record. On the above premises it was urged by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 that the decision by Reserve Price Committee will be taken expeditiously. 4.

In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of at this stage by directing the Reserve Price Committee to take a decision with regard to fixation of reserve price of the plots at Ganaur, District Sonepat on or before 31.03.2017 and communicate the same to the petitioners. 5.

It was prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners that interim order dated 17.09.2015 be continued till the date of decision by the concerned Committee. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, interim order dated 17.09.2015 shall continue till the decision of the Reserve Price Committee is communicated to the petitioners.
