3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioners are residents of village Raipur, Block Murthal, Tehsil and District Sonepat. Their grievance is against non-completion of record of ownership regarding Ghade Khad carved out by the Gram Panchayat and allotted to the residents. It is stated that due to non-completion of record, there is every likelihood of encroachment and/or change of user of the aforementioned land. Such a claim has been raised by the petitioners vide representation dated 21.04.2015 (P-8) followed by a legal notice dated 02.07.2015 (P-9).

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of this writ petition at this stage with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat and other authorities to take cognizance of the aforementioned legal notice and take necessary action in accordance with law/rules MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.09.30 12:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
