MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) This is a second petition filed by the petitioner seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.157 dated 01.10.2021 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot. 2.

It is a matter of record that after the previous petition, wherein the petitioner had sought similar relief, was dismissed by this Court vide a detailed order 30.11.2021, the petitioner had impugned the same before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave to Appeal filed by the petitioner vide order dated 19.01.2022 (Annexure P-8).

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to accept the prayer made in the instant petition.
