Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No.156 dated 10.08.2021, under Sections 22 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana to some other independent agency like Crime Branch of Punjab or Central Bureau of Investigation. 2.

After arguing at length, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court.
