In view of the above, present application is allowed and the main case is ordered to be taken on board today itself. CRM-2757-2023 This is an application moved by the applicants for placing on record Annexure P-4 i.e. information received under RTI Act with regard to innocence of the applicants.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Chaman Lal Pawar, Addl. A.G. accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab and pleaded no objection if the application is allowed.

CRM-M-33438-2020 The State counsel on instructions from SI Chet Singh submits that both the petitioners, who are minor, have already been declared as innocent by the police during the investigation of the case. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be disposed of having been rendered infructuous in the light of aforesaid statement made by the State counsel.

Ordered accordingly.
